NS2 Steam Skin

A long time ago ... I had created a primitive steam skin to support #nspug. I got permission from an artist (I don't remember her name) to use this cool baby onos illustration on the old style interface for steam (it was much smaller if anyone remembers).

Are there any plans to create an official NS2 steam skin? Any experienced steam skinners out there?

Also, does anyone have connections @ Steam News?

Steam is undergoing some interface changes right now so I would not bother trying to do any skinning.
looking at what they have done so far there seems to be no support for skinning.

imho, there's so little difference between the (new upcoming) steam beta shots on the right to the "enhanced" skin to warrant bothering with the skin. just join the beta now or wait for the official release.

my feedback button for the beta is gone now so assume my last update for steam is the final result
