.level files become hidden in Windows 7

All the files i save from the Editor become hidden to Windows 7. This means i cant copy them without copying the entire folder. It also means i cant get the game to recognise them.

They are all visible to the editor's open file window but all the icons have padlock symbols.

Anyone know how to fix this? Im assuming its something to do with permission settings but i cant figure out how to to do it.

    I hope this is the solution. Open control panel, folder options, view tab, about the middle of the menu are two buttons, select the one that says, " show hidden files......."

    sounds like you are saving them a spot you shouldnt be saving to - or you've done a installation of windows over the top of another one and the permissions have gone funny

    either way you should be able to right click -> properties - > Security tab.

    and set the permissions so that the users group (or everyone, or administrators - which im guessing you are a part of) has full control
