Hello,
Whenever I try to run any of the applications in the Spark Launcher (or whatever it's called) it just says that the program has stopped working, and it does that for all aplications on the Launch Pad.
Please help me! I really want to use the editor!
HELP!

I don't know about that, but when I'm trying out the NS2 pre-alpha and shoot the rifle, the sound starts looping over in the background; even if I switch both sound and music off! Eeep!

Have same thing as do many others with pre-alpha.
Dont worry about that. Soon the alpha will come.

Anyone have an idea when I try to create a game it just says 'connecting to server 127.0.0.1:27015' forever?

Lol yea, I know what it's trying to do and what that means, but I don't know why it sticks there.

You probably need to try updating the drivers on your video card.

Um.. Not to sound rude but no. The main menu loads fine with the dynamic lights and everything. The issue is that it's trying to connect to a local server indefinitely that for some reason was never created. (Apparently there is no timeout yet)

Search the exact error in google, i sounds like you need .net 3.5

    Go get that.

So noone has any ideas as to why I can't start a game? Everything works just fine except when I create a new game, it initializes just fine but then says "Connecting to server: 127.0.0.1:27015" forever. I know what that means and what it's trying to do, but is there some extra step I'm not aware of to create a local game?

Do you have some kind of personal firewall installed?
