First of all, you can have more than 1. Just check out the screenshot on the front page of the command interface where there are two. Also, it's certain they are destructible - they have 200 hitpoints in that same screenshot.

First of all, you can have more than 1. Just check out the screenshot on the front page of the command interface where there are two.
Also, it's certain they are destructible - they have 200 hitpoints in that same screenshot.
