Got "error" instead of key

Hello,

Was wondering if anyone else got this issue when they purchased NS2 SE and rather then receiving a key in their email they received a rather lengthy error where the key should be. This happened to me. I requested to have the key resent to me in which it states my email address is not on file. I emailed them for help as well, but thought I would post up here as well.

This is what my email read:

The first thing I would suggest is to try to retrieve your game key <a href="http://www.unknownworlds.com/ns2/retrieve/" target="_blank">here</a>.

If that doesn't work, e-mail store@unknownworlds.com

Sorry about that I broke the key generator for about a minute and I guess you ordered during that time. Can you send me an e-mail at max@unknownworlds.com?
