Yesterday I ordered 2 more special editions (for a total of 3 in my posession) and yet i only got one key for the alpha/armor. I sure hope that the game's seriel isn't monitored and you get the armor keys when the game is redeemed from the steamserver using the serial.
And no, its not yahoo. The mailbox is from my ISP, never had any trouble.
request it to be resent to you... if you did it more than 2 hrs ago (ish) it wasnt there... it is now.... thats what i had to do... and chill out man... getting all pissy in forums isnt going to make the admin/final authority want to help you if you cry like a 6 year old and cuss about crap that cant be helped... they said they are having issues as well to be expected with an alpha...

I just happen to despise Hotmail and GMail with all of my being. So after that there isn't much left for decent e-mail services. And Yahoo gets the job done. Except in this case.

If your servers are maxed to send out emails and its doing so with respect to an alphabetical listing of email hosts then Yahoo is pretty far down the list and were just getting boned for choosing such a crappy letter for our email domain D:
Everyone should know, yahoo is terrible, and I don't know why people still use that inferior mail service. Look at the anti-viral software they use, it often delays the e-mails or doesn't even allow them through. I know this because I have often had to deal with clients who use yahoo, and it is a royal PITA as their service sucks. G-Mail wins.

Perhaps a few of you have become a little too excited and forgotten what you did with your original key.
In Steam, under Games, you picked "Activate a product on Steam..." and entered it there. That's cool, I only entered mine last night and I forgot too. I was right clicking the hell out of the NS2 entry in my library.
Well you need to quick clicking that library entry, go back up to the Games menu, and add your Black Armor key.

For those having problems with not getting the email after using the key retriever, check your spam folder. For those of you who already checked your spam folder, check your email filter. I know with Yahoo mail I've had arbitrary ###### blocked with the filter, and I've never even added any filtering rules. Yahoo does it automatically by what it thinks is spam and will block addresses.
After checking both of those and trying to retrieve your key again, and it's still not working...I'm 99% inclined to believe urdoinitwrong. I had zero issues that were not my fault, and all my friends have their keys as well.
