Do you have cheats enabled ingame? Im trying to find out whether its enabled, or have we found our first hack where a marine was shooting vast quantities of grenades within seconds (or its a bug where the VFX is propagating slowly)

It's a bug. And no to cheats. Not sure how with a dedicated server.
