Have received the same key twice

I bought the special edition when it was available before the engine test, and used it fine. When I try to run the alpha, it gives me the error message stating that only SE purchasers can play it. I tried the retrieve page to acquire my alpha key, and it has given me the same key I entered a few months ago (for the game, not for the alpha/black armor DLC). If I try to enter that key in again anyway, it tells me that I've already added the game, which is true. can anyone offer insights? Perhaps tomorrow or later on the retrieve page will give me the alpha key (starts with A) instead of the first key (starts with Z)?

    Try this, you should receive 2 keys, enter the black armor key and you should be able to launch the alpha.
