I installed Natural Selection2 to try out the Alpha and all, but unfortunately I could not join any games. I attempted to uninstall and reinstall the game. All the content is gone, however Steam says that the files are 100% fine and intact, I can't uninstall the game, nor can I play it any longer. Help?

PROBLEM REMEDIED ITSELF. THANK YOU FOR ASSISTANCE.

Right, so I totally misread your problem!

Go into the folder where Natural Selection 2 is kept, make sure everything is gone from there. Right click on NS2 in your steam panel then hit delete local content, then try to reinstall it.

Or you can try verifying the integrity of game cache, might work.

The 'join server' issue is most likely due to the Connection Error currently being in the game. The servers are in fact full and/or there's issues establishing a connection to the given server. Some has noticed a higher succesrate with connectivity on listen servers.

Try to look for servers which has player limit mensionen in their name, if the players on the server is below, try and join.

Look for your problem at the get satisfaction page. This is the easiest way to get noticed and it keeps things organized for the developers.

Right now it's more a problem of how the heck am I supposed to re-install the game? All the content has been removed from my computer, but steam seems to believe that the game is still installed and working 100% fine.

Did you right click - > Local Files - > Verify Integrity of game cache?

I did indeed, files are 100% fine and there, says Steam.
