Problems with missing Steam keys or your e-mail?

<b>Question:</b> "Natural Selection 2 is currently only available to people who pre-ordered the Special Edition" error.
<b>Answer:</b> This is a bit confusing: first you need to make sure you've entered you NS2 Special Edition Steam key you got when you purchased NS2. Then you need to enter a second Steam authorization code to tell Steam to recognize your 'leet Special Edition armor and status. You should have been e-mailed both of these codes by now. If not, you can have them sent to you again by going here. To activate these keys, select "Games/Activate a Product on Steam..." from the main menu in Steam and paste in the key from your e-mail. You should now be good to go!
<b>Question:</b> I tried to order the Special Edition but missed out for some reason (time zones, didn't hear about it, credit card error, etc). Is there any way I can get into the alpha or get the black armor?
<b>Answer:</b> Sorry about that! We've been selling the Special Edition for well over a year and have been promoting it heavily. Two weeks ago we announced the end of the Special Edition and blasted out to our forum members, on Twitter, the news sites, etc. We tried to let everyone know but alas, not everyone found out. We did not end it early (we ended it 15 minutes late actually!). You will not be able to get into the first tier of the alpha and we're not planning on offering the Special Edition again. It's possible we'll change this in the future, but that's the plan for now.
<b>Question:</b> I haven't received my pre-order key. What gives?
<b>Answer:</b> <a href="http://www.unknownworlds.com/ns2/retrieve" target="_blank">Go here</a> to have your keys resent. Be SURE to check your spam filter. We've also been hearing that Yahoo.com e-mails are taking a time to be delivered for some reason. We're still trying to figure out what's going on but be patient and it shall arrive.
<b>Question:</b> I've changed or lost access to the e-mail address which I bought NS2 with.
<b>Answer:</b> If you have access to your old e-mail address, you can <a href="http://www.unknownworlds.com/ns2/change" target="_blank">change your e-mail address </a>. If you no longer have access to your e-mail address, we'll fix it for you and get back to you as soon as we can by writing us at <b>store@unknownworlds.com</b> (it could be a few days though).
