I still havent got my second CD key e-mail for NS SE

I don't know if anyone else hasn't got there yet, or if I need to do something to get it,
at the moment I can't play NS2 because it's saying I need to wait for the beta to come out.
I have paid for the Special Edition but still nothing :'(
is there anything I can do ?

    I look at that and it told me nothing I have done all of what it said and still nothing, I went to the Retrieve License but I still keep getting the same one key over and over and telling me that I have it on my STEAM, but when I go to load it up it's not working give me beta crap error.

    What gives ?

    EDIT, I added the e-mail to my address book and still haven't got it so it's not in the SPAM.

    you should receive 2 keys. you probably only entered the first one into steam.

    There is a second key, the black armor key. That key also needs to be activated on steam.

    Dude, he says he needs the 2nd key because he hasn't received it, making your answer not really useful.

    @potty: Do you use Yahoo as your Email Provider?

    I'm very certain that the key will arive, it will just take a bit longer.
    Some guys received it instantly, others had to wait a bit.

    Please stop telling him that. The retrieve function does exactly what the automated emails should do and obviously it is NOT working for him. I don't remember the email address but there is some unknownworlds email address you should be able to send a request to. They are probably just swamped due to the alpha/patches.
