<div class="IPBDescription">Rumors??? Maybe it's not NS2's fault.</div>Some people are claiming the actual Steam Servers have gone down. That is why we cannot authenticate and make NS2 stuff work.

It is not the NS2 patch's faults if this is true.

    well multiplayer on other steam games seems to be down so it could be true

    yep. steam refuses to load my "Friends" window. Says no network connection could be made to steam servers. Hrm. Well, that's better than it being a patch-induced-mass-authorization-failure-bug.
