Cant play alpha.. key doesnt work please help

<div class="IPBDescription">major problem</div>I recently purchased Natural Selection 2 via your website on the 24th using paypal, i went with the 40$ option for the alpha and black marine skin. I finally got enough time away from work to try it out so I logged on steam this afternoon to download and play NS2.. The game will not allow me to join anything and keeps saying only people that paid for the alpha can play, funny because i paid for the alpha... i even checked my paypal account to see if i did select the 40$ option which i did infact do. i have sent 2 emails and not received any email from you guys and have been checking my spam box just to make sure it didn't get filtered out. i have the paypal transaction number if that would help any. please contact me and let me know whats up... and yes i did try to retrieve my key but it only sends me the one you guys gave me. i have done everything i can do on my end and a little customer service would be nice and avoid any dispute over paypal and the loss of future support from me. thank you in advance
