I'm not sure if we are to add changes we want to see on the technical part, or simply comment on the gameplay-notes?
For on the...

I can say it works just as bad for chat as well. E.g I couldn't write "?" or even periods since they weren't on the same place on my keyboard. Made me feel a lot dumber writing stuff in the chat since it looked like I couldn't type properly at all, so I'd like for that to be looked into at some point.

but just one question :
as started I understand what it means but accepted? mean then it's over or not yet started?
and delivred?

The progression is this:
Started - currently being worked on
Delivered - finished, but not tested
Accepted - tested
Probably above, considering nothing below the bar has even been started yet. UW won't be releasing small patches. At least for now.
Think of it as a timeline going down. Once everything gets done, then release 151 comes out. In this case, they already have some work planned for after release 151 on the technical side but have not laid out the plan for gameplay fixes/changes after 151.
and good luck for everything you made!
Great job devs!!
Ah OK I get it now. Once everything above the bar is at "accepted" status, then the release is pushed. Neat! Very awesome progress UWE; I look forward to checking this daily! :D

ah i had something like that in mind.
thanks for making it clear.
Next is the builder to bots to finish the work ahahaha...
Ah, that would be pretty cool.
You might of left us wanting more in the past, but good to see you are really delivering now.
Also, nice to see marines can build again.
Cheers.
Anyway we can maybe make this a sticky? and as always keep up the great work guys.
