res for kills

<div class="IPBDescription">based on res value of target?</div>Should the amount of resource given to the killer be proportionally based on the total "res value" of the target?
For example, if the one killed has a shotgun and heavy armor worth a total of 40 res, the killer would get:
1 + (40 * 10%) = 5 res
Similar would be true for dying aliens.
For example, if a fade was killed (which takes 50 res), the killer would get:
1 + (50 * 10%) = 6 res
A basic unit with no upgrades would be worth 1 res to the killer.
Note: The above examples are based on assumptions from NS1. If the new values are different in NS2, they could be adjusted accordingly.
