Request: Bunch of Console Commands

Despite searching I can't find a previous topic that answers my Q - basically I'm after console commands that can do the following (so I can have a quick play round with the new stuff in 152);
<ul><li>trigger the start of the game even when there aren't any other players</li><li>give a whole bunch of res for building stuff</li><li>make buildings build instantaneously</li></ul>
I tried the commands from NS1 which could do this - no dice unfortunately, does anyone know what the NS2 commands are for this?
