I was thinking why not allow parasited marines to be shown on aliens mini-maps?


reporting on his exact location, his movements and aliens who are far away to see him through the walls can still watch his movements.
while parasite plays an important role for skulks, they act as scouts for the whole team with this ability.

    Hm, exact positioning might be a bit OP.

    I liked how Motion would only periodically update the map. And that it was different from Scent of Fear/Parasites which you had to judge distances by the size of the circle and couldn't pinpoint on the map.

    Frankly, I liked the dichotomy.

    it should be a random dilation, proportional higher the farther you are away. this way it allways looks like theyre moving.
    even buildings.

    Motion continually updated the map. It was over powered like that. It didn't update in FPS view continuously.
