Like the minute difference in performance makes any difference on modern PCs? Maybe if you have a mid-range out-the-box computer, but the average computer could do a 1080p Xvid/DivX without any issues.
Mid-range computers are average by definition.

That file must be around 650MB for only two and a half minutes. You could save yourself some upload time by using a smaller bitrate, unless you have some proof that an overkill bitrate works better for youtube conversion.
It's just a master copy... I wish I could go around uploading 32mpbs movies lol.
