Decoda doesn't run, gives error

<div class="IPBDescription">This application has failed to start because the application configura</div>I was evaluating Decoda few months back and had installed on a lab PC. Somehow the evaluation didn't go anywhere and now after 3 months I am back trying same.

I didn't remember that I had it already installed, and I installed it again without removing it from the 'add/remove programs'. There was no error during installation but when I run Decoda it gives error : "This application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem"

I am running it on Windows XP service pack 3 with Visual Studio 2008 installed. Any help is really appreciated.

    Checked the event logs and did some research. Event log says"Dependent Assembly Microsoft.VC80.CRT could not be found"

    According to this article, I need the "redistribution installer" from the development PC. Can someone from Decoda please help?
