I just purchased the 2 for 1 pre-order, and I opened my email only to find... one game key.

Do I activate it, then I am able to gift the extra copy? I don't understand.

It says "Thanks for pre-ordering Natural Selection 2 Holiday Edition!

This key gives you immediate access to the playable beta and our tools. Just follow the instructions here (http://www.naturalselection2.com/download) to download the game through Steam. Listed below is your game key and your holiday special free copy, which you can send along to a friend as a gift!"

and yet I only get 1 key.

Sorry if this is a stupid question, I just don't want to have to spend another $34.95 :(

    I bought it as well and i received two emails with one key per email, so i'm assuming you should as well. Maybe it's been blocked by some spam filter somewhere?

    I can't remember if two keys came in one email, or if both keys come from separate emails. Double check your inbox/spam folders to make sure you don't have two emails. If you don't, just contact UWE via email, they can straighten that out pretty easily.
