<div class="IPBDescription">A solution!</div>Get <a href="http://www.autohotkey.com/" target="_blank">AutoHotkey</a>.

Put "winmove, Natural Selection 2,,-3,-25" into a text file. Save as "NS2_Windowed_Fullscreen.ahk". Start NS2, set res to native res of your monitor. Run AHK script.

It just moves the window up and left a bit so the borders aren't shown. You may have to adjust the values for your OS/Theme.

I thought the fix was to disable 'Catalyst AI'

I use GridMove for window placement. It uses AutoHotkey and is pretty awesome.

Note that you can use this for pretty much any game. While most of the time it isn't recommended to window a game, as performance will be worse, there are many cases where it's useful. (eg. instability on alt-tabbing)
