All of the content on the forums will remain available in read-only mode, but it will no longer be possible to create new topics or posts as of June 21st 2021.

Add NS1 chat message sound + commander prefix

Please introduce the NS1 chat message sound to NS2 :)
Oh, and maybe prefix '(Commander)' to the side of the chat user's name when they talk.

No sound please. I want to be hearing skulks around the corner, rather than listening to the chat message sound.
