[name here] is like most game modes in the beginning as players chose between the aliens and the marines only the marines are replaced with citizens.

In this game mode the players that chose the citizen side must escape to an evac zone. The aliens must kill all the citizens before they get there. this game mode has very little in the way of armerment to the citizens the citizens get 20 plasma and can chose between the following weapons. the players will gain plasma in many ways (listed bellow) and can use them to buy ammo or better weapons from store points around the map. this game mode is meant to show what it would be like as a citizen evacing an infested colony.

<b><u>
WEAPONS ammo and items</u></b> can be bought at the buy points (must use like armory but only 2 people can use at once)

<u>Hunting rifle</u>
info: this is a five shot rifle that holds 3 spare clips it deals moderate damage and can one hit a lerk but takes 3 hits to kill as skulk.
cost: 20 plasma to buy 2 for ammo.

<u>hunting shotgun</u>
info: unlike the military shotgun this only has 4 rounds but it can fire 2 of them at once
cost: 15 plasma to buy 4 for ammo

<u>revolver</u>
info: this heavy pistol can take out a skulk in 2 hits but only has 6 rounds and 4 clips
cost: 10 plasma for weapon 2 for ammo

<u>torch</u>
info: this makeshift flamethrower deals low damage but can open paths blocked by infestation (required)
cost: 20 plasma can't reload.

<u>military rifle</u>
info: your basic military automatic rifle
cost: 30 plasma to buy 2 for ammo

<u>welding torch</u>
info: needed to activate turrets and open locked doors (required)
cost: free to first person to select it 5 plasma for any one else.

<u>mobile generator</u>
info: can be used to power turrets or open doors with out welding can't be moved after placed
cost: 15 plasma

<u>Molotov</u>
info: lights up infestation and aliens
cost: 10 per molotov

<u>scatter gun</u>
info: A 2 shot shotgun with a fast reload
cost: 10 plasma 4 for ammo

<u>medkit</u>
info: 2 types one that the player can drop the other that just heals on buy
cost: 5 plasma

<u>gas mask</u>
info: used to make umbra and other gasses inert. (no damage)
cost: 50 plasma

<u>combat vest</u>
info: gives you armor
cost: 45 plasma

<b><u>
PLASMA GAINING </u></b>

plasma is needed to buy weapon in this game mode as you can see buy the weapons and items above. there will be a number of ways to gain it. I will list the ones that i can think of

<u>killing aliens</u>
plasma from: 1 for skulk/gorges, 2 for lurks, 5 for fades (limited to one fade in game mode)

<u>opening paths</u>
info: sometimes you might need to blow a door or activate a tram the player that does so will gain plasma from said tast
plasma from: based on task

<u>destroying hydras </u>
plasma from: 2

<u>opening respawn rooms</u> (idea bellow)
plasma from: 1 per player respawned


<b><u>basic game play idea</u></b>

The players that chose citizens will spawn in a safe room that holds 2 buy points and one respawn room the players must then open the blast door and make there way though some small hallways to a item taht allows them to call for help (radio, flare launcher, cannon something like that) said room will hold 1 buy zone and some ammo packs. the players must then make there way to the evac zone and hold out the alien waves. this would in my opinion require them to go through an infected area meaning the torch is needed. once at the evac zone they will be given a timer which is based on the number of players alive dead and on alien team the more players alive and less on alien team the longer the time. once the evac is there teh drop ship or tram will give them cover fire as the players escape.



<b><u>MAP ITEMS</u></b>

<u>buy points</u>
info: buy points are these vending machine like items placed in the walls. once a person chooses what they want to buy the give it the plasma and it is dropped in there hands. these machines usually dispense food but in cases of infection the are known to be modified to give guns and ammo.

<u>respawn room</u>
info: respawn room isn't the actual name of this devise as it is a teleporter with a data form of people stored encase of untimely death. this devise can only hold a person form for 5 minutes before dumping all data. meaning unless some one brings them back in five minutes they are dead.

<u>ceiling turrets </u>
info: these defensive turrets are found all around the maps but are inactive do to the infestation they must be powered and unlocked to work (welder used to unlock mobile generator used to power) once activated they have 200 round which they will burn through in 20 seconds of continues fire making them grat for covering areas will an objective is being finished or blocking a hall way for some time.

    Interesting idea. A sort of linear coop campaign.

    How about "Evacuation" or "left 4 aliens" (like left 4 dead, but you dont fight dead, you fight aliens).


    I just wonder, did you mean that aliens cant respawn, while civilians can (within a 5 minute timeframe from when they died)?

    I read this post kind of fast, so excuse me if i am asking the wrong questions or saying the wrong stuff.

    I couldn't understand the spawn system. would be better if there was unlimited spawn for both sides, but with a few seconds delay (like 15 sec spawn time) and the round time, like 4-7 minutes?

    and yes, there should be a room where the civilians spawn, to prevent spawn camping, and the aliens shouldn't be able to enter that room.

    I like the concept, kind of like Team-fortress 2 or maybe even left 4 dead for that matter :)

    bringing back up with more info on alien game play

    I forgot to mention alien game play in first post so here's some info on it.

    It is largely unchanged from the basic mode but it does have the following differences
    *5 hydra limit
    *1 fade at a time 5 min wait after they die for another. (to give the humans a break)
    *x2 re gain rate
