Installation Crashes

<div class="IPBDescription">Program has generated errors..</div> The install program crashes when I execute it, says it has generated errors.

P3 866mhz
Win2k PRO os
384 SDram
GeForce 2 MX 400 PCI 64 Meg
800x600 res 32bit @ 85hz

EDIT: I just closed some programs and it works now. -_-

    That's why I coded the installer splash screen to remind people to close all running apps...

    And that's one to grow on.
