But now i am a little bit pissed ...
I have on Friday the 28th Paid in February, on Tuesday 1 March told Paypal that the payment is complete.
I received a blank e-mail.

I want to play and test it so bad!

Ive already tried this but the site says: "We don't seem to have hendrik@granna.de on file. For help, write us at store@unknownworlds.com."

Ive also writed a mail to store@unknownworlds.com and i've already filed a conflict at Paypal.
This is all you needed to do. Please bear in mind that they are (at least some of them) attending GDC this week so it might take them a little more time to get back to you.

Just a few thoughts is your UWE account different to your paypal account?
As in is your paypal email address hendrik@granna.de?
If your paypal is registered to another address then use that in your retrieve account. (I fell foul of then when trying to get a replica of my 4xmas keys)
Also check your spam boxes, if the first email got killed by spam filtering the chances are any retrieval emails are going to go the same way.
If that's the case and the customer service representative has to go check manually then try to include the exact time of purchase and any helpful info in as much detail as possible in your email.
Also patience will be your friend throughout the Beta.

It is my paypal e-mail adress, but thanks :)
And the E-Mail i got (and which got stuck in the spamfilter) was Blank.
