One-Click Fade Blink

Searched here, couldn't find a related thread, and the link from the <a href="http://getsatisfaction.com/unknownworlds/topics/fade_controls_change_hold_mouse2_for_ghost_release_mouse2_for_blink" target="_blank">GetSatisfaction</a> thread is down. Does anyone have the files for one-click fade blink? I've tried modifying code myself, but I don't quite understand it (yet).

    If not, does anyone happen to know which Lua file the code is in? I'm trying to do this myself, but the file structure is confusing (non-existent), and none of the code ever seems to be where I intuitively think it would be.

    Just tested it with B176 and it doesn't seem to work anymore. I imagine the Lua updates Max has been making probably broke it.
