Change Video Options

In-game, I was having trouble seeing the commander's console because all the icons were blacked out. I went to video options and tried every single one until I restarted in software mode. Now, when I start the game, it crashes and the beginning music skips repeatedly with a black screen. How do I change the video options back before I launch the game? Thanks

Run the game with the -gl parameter.
