Cannot get Game Key Email NO MATTER WHAT!

I'm hoping you can help me here.

I bought NS2 on the saturday gone (3 days ago) and I didn't get my confirmation key. I got my Paypal receipts and everything BUT my game key email.
I tried their re-sending page to see if it was just a mistake or something, and it didn't turn up either. I waited hours, and overnight, incase it was a long process, but still nothing.
The next day was nothing still. So I sent an email to store@unknownworlds.com saying that I havnt got my key yet and that it's not in my spam folder (its in my safe sender list) and they replied with their auto FAQ page email, saying what to do if I dont get my key. I'm not going to post the email I used because of security reasons, but I logged onto our ISP tools page and checked our spam filter, and there has been nothing caught over the last few days.
I have previously re-sent my activation email numerous times to see if it would be luck or something but still not. All my friends had got it instantly but not me!
The email back from NS2 about the email was from store@unknownworlds.com, which if I believe correctly is the same email that they should have sent my key from?
I waited overnight to see if a working day would matter but it still hasnt.

Any ideas on what to do?

    But I am sure, that you will get your Key very soon.

    The guy who handles the key also does other things so I guess he just hasn't checked his inbox yet?

    Sorry to hear you're having trouble. The guys in HQ work office hours so it's not likely that you'd get a reply over the weekend.

    Sometimes things can be pretty busy at the start of the week, due to our patch schedule, but someone will get to your e-mail soon.

    Understood, no problem.
    I am from Australia so I know time differences mean different things,
    I just thought that it's Tuesday here now and office hours would of occurred then.
