Triple monitor (Surround/Span) help

My setup uses three 23.4inch displays, SLI'ed on 3 GTX 570 gpus.

When viewing the game in my max resolution (actually anything over 1200x800 pretty much) which is 6001x1080, the game is distorted in odd ways. This doesn't happen with other games, although let me state upfront I give UW kudos for having SOME support for multi-monitor setuos, as some games can't even comprehend it.

For instance, icons, depth, characters all look fine, and they display very well across all three displays, however your line of sight, first person perspective is zoomed slightly. What it looks like is at the main menu I can't see the entire marine, just his mid section, and in-game my view on my gun is as if I'm sitting on the barrel, rather than looking from my head.

Any thoughts, suggestions?

You actually have it running on 3 monitors? That's not bad, I would've expected it to crap out. What you're describing seems to be the field-of-view, which needs to be upped to accommodate your wider setup. Right now it's locked to around 90 (for most classes) on the server-side (for vanilla servers), and there isn't much you can do about that unfortunatly. Try "dev 1" "setfov 140" on a listen-server and see if things look more appropriate.

Bear in mind, the game has not been optimised for multiple displays or SLI yet. Weird stuff will happen.

You guys were right. Totally is a FOV issue. Almost all Steam based games support super resolutions with high FOV's good. Will SLI/extreme resolutions be supported in the final version?
