Game graphic problem

About 4-5 months ago I purchased NS, and graphic was fine...I had it on the highest res & quality setting. Up until recently I open the game and all the graphics are messed up. Please take a look at the screen shots below...note that it's not the image is in bad quality, the screen shot actually reflects how my graphic really look like in game. It's super low res almost seem like graphic is running on "software" (back in cs 1.4 days) Also, I'm only running on window mode cuz it won't let me take Screen shot when im in full screen, the ss turns out black when I copy it. Please look at the screen shot at 100%.

2x Radeon 5770 xFire
