No it doesn't. There is no official announcement/plan on making the game Mac compatible, however their open position on the jobs page has this tidbit:

"
Bonus:

Console experience (we'll probably be moving to the 360 after v1.0)
OS X experience
"

Which means they're eventually thinking about possibly wanting in an uncertain future

I hope so, seeing as I've switched to mostly a Mac 0.o, although, I've been PC gaming for years :D.

There were plans to make it OS X compatible, but not in the near future due to the fact that it's still in beta

jeah, many people hope it will get ported, probably at the same time to linux (the code for osx and linux should be more or less identical)

According to Max's twitter, he's been looking at Mac stuff recently. I would think that mac support will be given a good priority after full release, unless they can get a mac programmer in early who could be porting it as they work on it.

Problem with porting as you work on it is that so much could be changed. Let's say they have to do another major overhaul. BOOM, everything the mac guy has been doing could be shot to hell.

Doing research now is a very good thing, though. Trying to figure out how things could work so that you're prepared to do it once you have final assets to port.

I'd also suspect that if they get another programmer working on the engine, they'd have him help release v1.0 faster than work on a Mac port.
