Bring back the Welder!

I think the welder has always been the number one teamwork-supporting feature of NS1 on marine side. Right now, the only teamwork you do is actually staying with your team-mates - nothing more.
The welder could have unique support features, fitting marines that want to be in a more supportive role rather than an attack-role (like the gorge):
- Repair stuff with welder only (including power nodes)
- Build stuff with welder only (no more hand-crafting)
- Repair armor of other players (meds and armory should stop doing that!)
- Welder could also be the only weapon apart from flame-thrower to damage infestation!
- Welder replaces the switch axe in your inventory, so you have to decide
Since the armory is now "personal", its also not an issue of yelling "GIMME WELDER" at the commander to actually get a welder. It should be a standard "weapon" that is available right from the beginning.

So you go from staying with your teammates, to staying with your teammates and occasionally pressing the fire button on them!
I really like this idea. It really does make for some serious choice making.
