<div class="IPBDescription">Kickin' it old sk00l UT style :)</div> Remember UT (Unreal Tournament)? Remember the personal teleporter? Well if you havent played UT this is pretty much how it worked:
You fired the transporter thingie, and it would place a little node where it landed. Whenever you wanted to transport to that node you hit the secondary fire key. To call the node back you hit the primary fire key again.
It seems like this would be a perfect alternative to Blink, of course it would have to be "alienized" but it would fit the futuristic theme. It would still allow for sneak tactics, and to balance things out the transporter node could be destroyable maybe.
The way it is now, Blink only works after a few tries and still has the port into wall bug. Its just not effecient for the quick port, kill, then port out that I assume it was meant to be.
