Evolve to a Lerk, go into thirdperson, stand on a prop:

Jump once and the Lerk will lock on this frame of an animation:

(You can still use spikes/spores.)
Maybe it's just me, maybe it only happens in third-person, hopefully 2/3 people can hope on a server and try it out.
