Alternative Payment Methods?

<div class="IPBDescription">Paypal is hopeless...</div>Hi there. I've been following the progress of this game for a long time and I'd really like to purchase a copy and get in on all the action. The problem is, for some reason my credit card isn't accepted through the system being used at the moment and the other alternative is paypal.
My paypal is "limited" because they are waiting for "verification" to basically say that I am who I am and that the card I'm using is mine or what ever. I've sent them one of my credit card statements but they still havn't sorted the issue. I know for a fact there's nothing wrong with my card as I use it for internet and other purchases all the time.
So,
I would like to know if there is any other way at all to purchase this game because I'm getting a bit fed up with the lack of support from paypal.

I did not try it, but I think you click on the buy now button and click "check out" in the upcoming paypal window.
After that click on "I don't have a Paypal account" and you can pay with your credit card.

I have a mastercard yet it won't accept it. leaving me with the only alternative being paypal.
I'm looking for an alternative to whats offered on that page. even if its through credit card but through some other source.
Following reasons/suggestions,
1) The paypal service for using CC's etc. is down right now, or your banks is. Try again later.
2) The information you're putting in is incorrect, try again from scratch.
3) Your mastercard is invalid or has been stopped, for any number of reasons. Banks can stop payments just to certain companies now and leave your card open to doing other things, so I'd suggest contacting your bank if the above don't work.
As for all the reasons given so far, the only valid point may be that of the bank. The paypal service can't possibly have been down every time I've tried over the last 3-5 months (I havn't been in any hurry to play so I'd just try every now and then when I remembered to). The information is also always correct as it's double checked each time when typed in.
Further,
The limited state of my paypal has nothing to do with a value limit. It has something to do with them not allowing me to credit my paypal account with this card unless I prove that it belongs to me. Which I have done so, they just refuse to accept my bank statement. On top of that, they havn't even replied to me either.
Now I'm sure I don't need to go into any more detail than I have. I would just like to know if there are any other way's to purchase this game. If there aren't, that's fine. I'll just wait until the game is officially released and by then there will be plenty of support for people willing to pay money for a copy of the game.
The only reason I ask in the first place is because you won't get anywhere in life if you make assumptions. Therefore I'm asking incase anybody may or may not know of alternative payment methods.
