So I snapped this off Yesterday while changing the dressings on my wounds.

    Looks like it's healing nicely.

    As I deal with tissue/bone chips taken from joint replancements at work could I ask- assuming you're a young person- why you had to have a replacement?

    It is basically as Annoying Kid, said. Chronic pain since I was 11 (33 now) because of a strain of Salmonella that went flesh eating bacteria on my hip. As of the past 5 years I found a doctor that wasn't like the rest (saying it was arthritis, lets replace it). However the 6 reconstructive and cleaning surgeries didn't really do anything for my pain so I caved and had it replaced.
