Having problems with the rotation tool

<div class="IPBDescription">I can't get things angled properly</div>Hi everyone. I have the basic layout of my map done, but certain rooms and tunnels I have noticed are at a slight angle. I have the rotation tool set to 2.0 but I just can't get the tunnels and rooms to line up perfectly. Is there another way to line things up? I have tried doing a search, but could not find anything. Please help!
