Some things I ask

in NS2 General Discussion
First of all:
Okay anyone know why I can't strafe right. It seems that when I press D my guy moves left. I checked settings its all right.

Second of all:
Why is no one playing, its 6 on the 24th and 4 people are on, is there a new update, if so when?

Otherwise I'm trying to enjoy it but its not behaving itself.

    first is a known bug that has been around it fixes it self i think if you restart or fittle with the controls and change it back to what you want it will work but there weird.

    second because unknown worlds is a really small team they cant market there game. and there hasnt been a update for awhile but one should come soon maybe another week. if you do join a server someone might hop on idk. sometimes there 3 or 4 servers going with people and some times there no one on

    Just rebind w,a,s,d in your options and it will work.

    Cant market their game at all is false, it just doesnt make sense to go all out while it is still under heavy development...
    Mouth to mouth, videos, articles here and there are sufficent for their current needs.

    With v1.0 and a good trailer, they will advertise it via Steam and most of the Gaming Sites - big bang => $$$.


    PS: Hasnt been an upfate for a while => the update will come this week - their update cycle is every other week (sometimes weekly)

    I remember a couple other games that did a pre-order now and get in the beta! deal. That way at least NS2 shows up on steam when searched for. That's gotta help.

    until the onos and the rest of the marine armor/guns are implemented in the beta, expect to see those low numbers. the fade was the last major addition and that was a while ago so people got/are getting bored of it.
