Small atmospheric improvements

<div class="IPBDescription">Blend out dead units, enable flashlight+blink in RR, pulsing red light</div>I have some little suggestions to improve the game's atmosphere:

First: Fade out dead units with a nice shader / effect instead of simply deleting them from the game world:

Aliens could become some kind of melting goo (you might have seen the ALIEN movies, those things with acidic blood), resulting in a temporary patch of infestation.
Marines and their gear could be teleported away (would make sense, they have phase tech, could wear a personal one-use phase..thing in case of death).

I think this would make the game look more finished. Oh, please let them remain a moment longer in the level, as it adds some atmo to see some dead victims. It will be a good warning for the marines, too that they should be careful, if they enter a room with a dead teammate.

Second: Please enable flashlights and fade blink in the readyroom again! In NS1 it was so much simple fun to jump around and make noise with the usebutton and flashlight sound. It's a good warmup for a match and a nice way to show happyness after you won a round. It even helps sometimes to find likeminded people - I found a good friend by jumping around like an idiot in an NS1 rr :D

The last thing is, I think the red lighting is too static, you should make it heavily pulsing, if you enter a room with constantly changing, dark light it's much more eerie!

And you might add at least some shaders / particle effects for water, as it adds much more life to a level :)
