179: Problems connecting

Hey, is anyone else having problems connecting to servers in build 179. It was working fine for me at first, but now when I try and join many of the EU servers I just get a black screen (I can still open console to disconnect, but I cant do anything else).

Sometimes I will join a server that works and there will be a ghost player with 0 ping. If I join the opposite team then after the 15 second warm up period it just goes black again and I need to disconnect.

Yes, there seems to be some issues with pretty much every server for me now. Something messes up the server, and it doesn't seem to recover automatically. I was just on "Swedish <something>" on alien, and when the game ended, I just stopped receiving updates from the server.. Trying to reconnect and I get the black screen, and watching the server populating during the next few minutes, it seems everybody had the same issue.

Happens, try other server then there are few that work quite well actually.

I can confirm this, yesterday everything was fine with build 179 - now all I get is a black screen ;) - no errors in console

Yeah seems like there are a lot of server issues with 179, haven't been able to have a proper game yet. Worked fine on 178.

Looks like UE might want to push out an early patch this time ;) I wonder if they can push server patches independently of the clients?

And I should say that a lot of the servers that's having trouble was working fine yesterday.

The game goes black screen for me to and 'stops responding' when joiining servers.

All I have to do to fix the problem is click the window border (I play in windowed mode) and then it'll start to work after a minute or so.
