titlefix: Too much gamma?
Is there a way to turn gamma down at all? Between the latest couple of patches and me installing a calibration .icm for my 20WGX2 (for more precise colors, looks splendid in all other games) the gamma level in NS2 has just become too much to ignore for me. I have noticed it before.
The game looks washed out, blurry, like one big shade of grey. Like there's a fog fuzzing all the colors and making darkness grey and annoying to look at to a point where it ruins my immersion. Especially the menu screen is bad, with everything except the mac and pitch black background on the server list being pretty much grey with outlines of stuff.

Does anyone else notice this?
Game limitation? bug with Amd Catalyst drivers (using a 5850)? Bloom weirdness?
edit: not sure if this is a gamma problem, but it was the closest definition I could think of :)

Comments
it does nothing :(
(IE. it does remove bloom, but no change other than that)
edit: allright, I got it working normally again. Had to do some kind of combination of resetting the color profiles and restoring global driver default settings. It looks wonderful now, you don't know what a vibrant game you are playing until it turns grey on you ^^
