<div class="IPBDescription">Gardener gorge</div>This was mentioned in a couple of threads so I thought i'd add a separate ideas thread.
Currently gorges as well as the commander can only place structures on the ground (unless sneaky skulk evolves high up). What about if gorges had the ability to shoot hydra seeds that can imbed and grow in infeststion on the walls and ceilings. This would tie in nicely with the gardener gorge role.
Mini pustules could also be shot at walls and ceilings to create a great alien infesty cave atmosphere and make use of all the room. This could provide a great symbiotic relationship between commander and gorge and also allow for more strategic infestation placement.
With talk of hydras becoming temporary if would be nice if they could have more of a strategic role and be in places marines are not expecting.
The 'ghost' view (like fades old blink) could be used for accurate placement.

that started just a few hours ago. Seeing as its pretty much the same.
other then that, I agree with your idea, but maybe just increase the range gorges can place pustules, if there's infestation nearby?
I also would like the hydras to stay permanent, so you don't have to replace them all the time.
