Unable to Download NS2?

I've been having this problem for around a week or two, where I just seem to be unable to download NS2. Steam just responds with "too busy to handle your request, please try again later". I've tried removing my clientregistry.blob, I've changed the download location to various other countries in the world to no avail.

I'm wondering if other people have had this issue recently where they can't dl NS2 off Steam? I've been wanting to play for a while since school is finished... but seems like that's not going to happen :(

    I've had some problems with my other steam games as well, namely Team Fortress 2 and Magicka (download suspended, seemingly permanent -_-)

    But oddly, NS2 was the first game I could download.

    I had problems last patch, it started okay but after 3-5sec calm down back to zero.

    I fiddled with download server location couple times to get it working again.
