Right, played around for a bit
It's an over-the-head third person action rpg sort of thing, like zelda if zelda didnt have items that were used in totally different ways, and did have items you can equip to increase your stats, and also a fun magic system.
Simple but fun, and pretty challenging. I've died a few times on the first (demo) dungeon, and it was always because I ###### up rather than the game screwing me over or being unfair.

Also, it seems there's at least one secret treasure in every area - on the overworld map you can see "Clear!" next to an area if you've found it.

Hörf. When fighting games are about little girls whimpering with every button I tap my brain hits several triggers that makes me feel it's just WRONG. It's also looks like chunks of kawaii uguu in it. At least recettear sounded like a cute concept with a little girl opening her own store and hiring others to do the actual fighting. Geh now I reached the up-the-rear camera view of a loli wearing super short skirt. Nope.

You can really see that it is the same visual style as reccetear. even the name is made in the same way. Chante & Elise -> chantelise just like reccette + tear = resetter.

Also, lol at uguu.

Game is out, $7 and change. Acceptable.
