Error Creating A Lan Game For Practice

<div class="IPBDescription">error in creating lan game for practice</div> I downloaded one of the NS bots ,and i was going to practice myself as a comm. first problem was that i could only select HL_Multiplayer maps ,okay then i start up the server and i get information that i am in the ready room ,when i try to walk i hear the boots clanging on the metal surface ,but i still don´t move ,i press F4 again ,and i get information that i´m in the ready room, still all i can see is half life ,models ,skins and every thing half-life ,what could be the problem ?
