Game Freezes in loading screen.

Hello everyone,
This new patch broke my game, it freezes in the loading screen, and if not freezing it just sits there loading, with the dot dot ...... continuing into infinity.
I have a very good strong system that's up to date and works well.
quad 2600k
and 2
GTX 460
I had it load once, after I changed the graphics from high to awful.
