in NS2 General Discussion
I have a request to make to the DEV team.

Would it maybe be possible to get some more vids of you guys showing off stuff in the office?
Like with the alien vision video or the dynamic infestation video, or any of the other vids for that matter.

Im not really talking about the changes like ns2hd does (and a fine job he does may i add, i love watching his videos).
But more about the "behind the scenes" stuff.

Im a Game & Digital Design student myself but never sett foot in an actual studio so far, so i really interested in seeing some more of this.
Of course not at the cost of time you could spend on the game or other important stuff but it would be nice to see some more.

    I would like to see some Videocasts again. Or "at least" some podcasts like they did back in the day

    They don't want you to see a live stream because we will then see them playing minecraft half of the day.

    I think everybody would love some extra content from dev team in terms of videos and stuff. They are quite hard at work with patches and stuff though. :(
    Hugh needs to upload his content from his trip to UWE offices.

    Hey Zeno, there is indeed a fair bit of UWE footage I took in San Francisco that has never seen the light of day. Unfortunately, it's not of a standard that's worth putting up. I am not a professional interviewer/camera man. I left for SF with 2 days notice. Much of my footage came out unfocused and shaky. I didn't employ good file management and many shots simply got lost in HDD abyss. Some had lighting so terrible I cringed when watching it on the plane home. I was using a laptop that didn't even have a working soundcard.

    I'm sorry I couldn't bring you more than I did. Believe me, it pains me every time I make an NS2HD vid.

    But keep up hope - You never know, I might be allowed back one day! And if I do go back, I will be sure to do it properly. I'm already saving up for a proper video camera and editing laptop, just for NS2HD. Perhaps my first UWE visit didn't yield the content the community wanted or deserved. But it laid the foundations, and has inspired me to produce great stuff for you all all the way up to NS2's release, and for a long time afterwards.
