I have to agree, a word filter doesn't stop people from being offensive, the idea that certain words are just magically evil and using them is always wrong is the kind of thing squeamish adults tell their children because they don't want to explain anything complicated to them.

don't forget they add a word filter, however allow people to have names that others could find offensive, a la "Jason ######"

edit: See, name is essentially considered bad by the forum, yet allowed to keep it haha.
