Can't find servers

I just downloaded and ran ns2 for the first time.

I'm not getting any servers at all popping up.

Anything I need to do, or know about to get it working ?

Edit: Yeah I've checked the troubleshooting guide, my computer has firewall entries and in-game steam cloud is off etc..

Create a local game and then try the server browser.
