Searching the message boards and wiki got me nothing. If it is a console command, then that is missing from the wiki as well. In NS1, it was part of the right-click menu, but I don't see that anymore.

I think there is a bug where it ejects the commander with just 2 votes, regardless of the number of players. But yeah, v-1 will put your vote in to eject.
